You walk in the rain and feel the rain, but you are not the rain."
You now have an experienced, local and timely Family Nurse Practitioner in the Northern Neck!!!
How do you see the provider?
Our physical office will initially be open Mondays through Wednesdays from 9am until 5pm, by appointment. We do see patients through our parent company, East Coast Telepsychiatry on Thursdays and Sundays, but not at this location. To make an appointment, you can call 804*246*4942, from 9am-6pm, or go to our CONTACT link above and request an appointment for any available slot Mondays through Wednesdays. "Walk-Ins" are always welcome, pending availability.
How does payment work?
Payment must be made at the time of service. You can pay with cash, debit or credit card. At this time we will take some insurances, but that must be verified prior to an appointment. Unfortunately, we DO NOT ACCEPT Medicaid or Medicare. When a person checks in, they will be aware of the base cost of their visit and pay when they are leaving. Any additional charges incurred would be between you and the provider and added as necessary. Some examples would be; Bloodwork, a procedure that may be needed, a shot, etc.
Go to the menu at the top right of this page for more information.

Her goal with East Coast Family Medicine is to assess, diagnose, and prescribe treatment/medication for individuals who are experiencing medical or mental health issues that require professional attention.
When you’re not seeing Ms. Pharr at work, she is spending her spare time going to flea markets and working in her garden. Amy and our staff welcome you to the practice. Reach out today if you have any questions, or click the link above to schedule an appointment today.
